J's Hideout is a gaming community built around one simple idea: a place where people who love games can hang out, make friends, and feel like they belong. It started on Discord and grew from there — today it's home to thousands of members who share the same base camp, whatever they happen to be playing that night.
We're a community first and a game server second. The games are the excuse to get together; the people are the reason to stay.
Our flagship is the J's Hideout SMP, a semi-vanilla Minecraft Survival Multiplayer server with crossplay for both Java and Bedrock. It blends classic survival gameplay with light MMORPG-style progression, custom systems, and quality-of-life features — built to support every playstyle, from builders and explorers to skill-grinders and PvPers, all inside a friendly, active community.
Most of this website is dedicated to the SMP. It's the hub for everything around the Minecraft server — rules, ranks, commands, live player stats, leaderboards, events, and updates. If Minecraft is your thing, you'll find a full home for it here.
We're not stopping at Minecraft. J's Hideout is growing into other worlds — Hytale, Albion Online, and more are on the horizon, and we're planning dedicated spaces on this site for each one as they arrive.
The goal is simple: whatever game pulls you in, there should be a corner of J's Hideout for it — with the same welcoming community behind every door.
